TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

of the website of Mose “Mediterranean Eyewear” (hereinafter, the “Site”), as well as the
purchase of products offered on the Site.
1.2 By accessing the Site and making a purchase, the user agrees to these Terms in their
entirety. It is recommended to read these Terms carefully before using the Site. - Use of the Site
2.1 The use of the Site is subject to certain restrictions and limitations. The user agrees
not to use the Site fraudulently or for illegal purposes, nor to interfere with its

at any time. Users are encouraged to periodically review the Terms

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute related
to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Alicante/Spain.
DELIVERY POLICY
All orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered to the various shipping companies on the same day, provided that the products are in stock, except when placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In these cases, orders will be delivered to the transport company on the first working day following the order date.
Delivery times depend on the chosen payment method.
Payments made by credit card, PayPal, and cash on delivery go directly to preparation and delivery to the transport agency.
If the chosen payment method is by bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until the bank transfer receipt is received.
It should be noted that the indicated times are calculated in working days and may be affected by local or national holidays, or by extraordinary circumstances, health, weather, or other reasons.
Delivery of orders will be made to the delivery address freely designated by the user. Therefore, MEDITERRANEAN EYEWEAR SL assumes no responsibility when the product delivery does not occur due to the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or when delivery cannot be made due to reasons beyond the assigned shipping company, such as the absence of the recipient. No shipments are made to post office boxes.
Notwithstanding the above, MEDITERRANEAN EYEWEAR SL will take the measures required of a diligent merchant to ensure that delivery can be made in the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, will intervene in favor of the recipient, providing solutions and making the necessary claims to ensure effective delivery.
For shipments to Spain and the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal:
a) Free shipping for orders of 60 Euros or more.
b) For orders of 60 Euros or less, shipping costs of 6.00 Euros.
For shipments to the Canary Islands:
Fixed shipping cost of 20€ regardless of the order.
France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic:
a) Free shipping for orders of 200 Euros or more.
b) For orders of 200 Euros or less, shipping costs of 25.00 Euros.
INFORMATION ON WARRANTY, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS
Warranty
- Product Warranty
1.1 All products from Mose “Mediterranean Eyewear” are covered by a
limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
1.2 The warranty lasts for 3 years from the date of purchase and covers
any material or workmanship defect that occurs during normal use of the
product.
1.3 If a defect covered by the warranty is found, Mose “Mediterranean Eyewear”
commits to repair or replace the product free of charge, at its discretion.
1.4 The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents
or unauthorized alterations.
Shipping - Shipping Process
2.1 Mose “Mediterranean Eyewear” ships to Spain and the rest of Europe. Delivery times
may vary depending on the location and the selected shipping method.
2.2 Once the order is placed, a purchase confirmation will be sent via email,
along with shipping details and a tracking number, if available.
2.3 The shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process and may vary depending on the
destination and the selected shipping method.
Returns
- Return Policy
3.1 Mose “Mediterranean Eyewear” offers a 15-day return policy from
the date of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.
3.2 To initiate the return process, the customer must contact
our customer service team at hello@Moseyewear.com and provide the
order details and the reason for the return.
3.3 Returned products must be in their original packaging and in saleable
condition, including all accessories and documentation.
3.4 Once the return is received and its condition verified, Mose “Mediterranean
Eyewear” will proceed to refund the purchase price using the same payment method
used for the original purchase.
3.5 Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for
return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Mose “Mediterranean Eyewear” or a product defect.
